Dr. Raymond Flagiello was born and raised in Staten Island. Dr. Flagiello attended Wagner College and graduated in 1983 with a bachelor of science degree. He majored in biology with a minor in chemistry. He attended Georgetown University Dental School and graduated in 1987.
